Represented the design/build firm as plaintiff in litigation of co-generation power plant; represented design/build firm as plaintiff in resource recovery litigation; defense of engineering firm in litigation involving the design of toxic chemicals reactor train construction project; represented general contractor's surety in litigation of various EPA funded innovative and alternative waste-water treatment plant.
